The Vukosavlje – Brčko highway section is an integral part of the strategic national project of the Republika Srpska, the Belgrade – Banja Luka highway:

• Section length: 31.50 km;
• Financing method: with credit funds in the amount of 85% of the total project value, and with own funds in the amount of 15% (financing agreement concluded on 31.12.2025);
• Design and construction contract: contract concluded on 24.08.2022. year with the company, "China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited, nr.15, Sanlihe Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China”, the contracted value of the works is 654,470,307 KM excluding VAT, of which the design and construction costs are 535,999,741 KM excluding VAT, and the financing costs (interest, commissions, and other fees) are 118,470,565 KM excluding VAT.

Contract for consulting services of professional supervision:

1. Contract for the provision of project management services in construction for the section of the Vukosavlje - Brčko highway (preparatory works) concluded with the company "INK constructor" d.o.o. Cerska nr.45a, 78000 Banja Luka, contract number: 013-6160/22. of 24.08.2022., contracted value 6,000.00 KM excluding VAT;
2. Decision on the appointment of the coordinator and members of the supervision team, number 01-4887-1/24 dated 28.06.2024, by the PE "Autoputeva RS" d.o.o. Banja Luka, a supervision team of 6 members was appointed for three phases (civil engineering, construction phase, and hydro phase);
3. The implementation of the public procurement procedure for the provision of consulting services for expert supervision is underway.

Deadlines: the start of preparatory works is 31.8.2022; the contracted deadline for the performance of works is 3 years (the contractor has not been officially introduced to the job).
