Currently, 112 km of highways are in operation in Republika Srpska, as part of the future highway network, and another 120 km are under construction.

The following have been built:

• The Gradiška-Banja Luka (Glamočani) motorway, with a total length of 34 km
• The "9. januar" Banja Luka-Doboj motorway, with a total length of 72 km
• The section of the Johovac (Tovira) – Rudanka (Kostajnica) motorway on Corridor Five c, with a length of 5.65 km
• The interregional junction - the "Mahovljani" loop at the intersection of the Gradiška – Banja Luka motorway and the "9. januar" motorway
• The bridge on the Sava River near Gradiška on the border with the Republic of Croatia, at the beginning of the Gradiška – Banja Luka motorway

The following are under construction:

• The section of the Rudanka (Kostajnica) – Putnikovo brdo motorway on Corridor Five c, with a length of 5.6 km.
• Section of the Vukosavlje – Brcko motorway, 31.5 km long
• Section of the Brcko – Bijeljina motorway, 17 km long
• Section of the Bijeljina – Rača motorway, 20 km long
• Section of the Banja Luka – Prijedor motorway, 42 km long
• Bridge on the Sava River near Rača on the border with the Republic of Serbia, at the beginning of the Rača – Bijeljina motorway

The following projects are also in various stages of preparation:

• Section of the Glamočani – Banja Luka south motorway on the future Banja Luka – Mliništa motorway (so-called Banja Luka bypass) with a length of about 20 km
• Section of the Banja Luka south – Mrkonjić Grad motorway on the future Banja Luka – Mliništa motorway, about 42 km long
• Section of the Doboj (Johovac) – Vukosavlje on Corridor Five C, 36 km long
• Bijeljina – Zvornik – Milići – Han Pijesak – Sokolac – Pale expressway
• Sarajevo – Vardište expressway, about 160 km long
• Prijedor – Kozarska Dubica – Donja Gradina expressway, about 45 km long
• Goražde – Trebinje expressway, about 170 km long
• Airport loop on the Gradiška – Banja Luka highway
• Adriatic-Ionian highway, a section of the highway through Republika Srpska
