Construction of the Bijeljina-Brčko section begins

The beginning of the construction of the Bijeljina-Brcko section (17 km) of the Belgrade-Banja Luka highway was officially marked, with the presence of President Dodik, Prime Minister Minič, Chinese partners and other dignitaries.

Višković spoke with Hongming

Acting Director of PE Autoputevi Republika Srpska Radovan Višković met in Banja Luka with a delegation of Chinese company COVEC, led by Deputy General Manager Wang Hongming, ahead of tomorrow's ceremony marking the start of construction of the Bijeljina–Brčko highway section. The section is part of the strategic Belgrade–Banja Luka highway project, representing a direct road connection with mainland Serbia running entirely through the territory of Republika Srpska.

TAG devices available in Bijeljina from today

JP Autoputevi Republika Srpska has opened a new point of sale for TAG devices for electronic toll collection in Bijeljina, at 43 Professor Bakajlića Street, and plans to open a point of sale at the company's headquarters in Banja Luka in early July. Users at the new points of sale can purchase devices, reconfigure existing ones, and top up their accounts to increase the share of electronic toll collection users from the current 30% to over 50% of total toll revenues.

Entering its 18th year of operation, the Public Enterprise "Autoputevi RS" presented a new visual identity and website, marking 17 years of existence and growth of the highway network.

Višković: Highway construction has entered an impressive investment cycle

A-D. of the Public Enterprise Autoputevi Republike Srpske, Radovan Višković, emphasized that the Republika Srpska is in an impressive investment cycle with 112 km of highways under construction, including key sections of strategic Belgrade-Banja Luka highway project: Vukosavlje-Brčko, Brčko-Bijeljina, Rača-Bijeljina, and Prijedor-Banja Luka highway. Višković also announced start of construction of Bijeljina-Brčko section, preparation of the Adriatic-Ionian Highway route, and company's new visual identity.

Karanović: More than 400 registered users on the first day of system implementation

Head of the Information Technology and Systems Service at the Public Enterprise "Autoputevi Republika Srpska" d.o.o. Banja Luka, Nemanja Karanović, confirmed to RTRS that more than 400 users, on the first day after the interoperability system with Serbia was put into operation, successfully registered to use the electronic toll collection service with a single TAG device on highways in Republika Srpska and Serbia.

Bijeljina – Zvornik – Milici – Han Pijesak – Sokolac – Pale expressway

JP "Autoputevi Republika Srpska" d.o.o. Banja Luka financed the development of the General Design for the expressway section in the eastern part of the Republic of Srpska, on the north-south corridor. Several alternative solutions were considered, and after a multifunctional analysis, a variant with a total length of approximately 160 km was selected.

Through Srpska and Serbia without stopping

As of June 4, 2026, the Public Enterprise Autoputevi Republika Srpska has enabled the use of a single TAG device for electronic toll payment on highways in Republika Srpska and Serbia by integrating it into the joint "Toll4All" system. Users activate the "ExtToll" service via the "Autoputevi RS - ENP" mobile application or the enp.autoputevrs.com portal, add a payment card, and within 15 minutes can use the TAG device on Serbian highways without stopping at toll ramps.

Accelerate activities on the implementation of the Šepak – Banja Luka – Novi Grad gas pipeline project

A representative of the Public Enterprise Autoputevi Republika Srpska participated in a coordination meeting on the construction of the Šepak-Banja Luka-Novi Grad gas pipeline, one of the most significant development projects in the Republika Srpska, which will enable a more secure supply of natural gas, diversification of energy sources, and economic development. The Law on a Special Expropriation Procedure was adopted to accelerate property and legal procedures.

Company Management Board meeting held

The management of the Public Enterprise Autoputevi Republic of Srpska held a regular session at which 18 decisions were made regarding exemptions from paying tolls for disabilities and rare diseases. Requests to initiate public procurement and statements from the RS Ombudsman regarding the implementation of the Vukosavlje-Brcko, Brcko-Rača, Banja Luka-Prijedor highway projects, access roads on the Banja Luka-Doboj highway, and the future Airport loop were adopted.

Improvement of the company's information system

The Management Board of PE Autoputevi Republike Srpske approved several public procurements of IT solutions, including internet traffic control, malware protection, information system maintenance, electronic toll collection devices, and antivirus software, to modernise company operations. The session also addressed requests of the Ombudsman of Republika Srpska regarding highway sections Brčko–Rača, Prijedor–Banja Luka, access roads on Banja Luka–Doboj, and the Airport loop on E661 Gradiška–Banja Luka

Construction according to the established dynamics of work execution

RS Prime Minister Savo Minić, Transport Minister Zoran Stevanović and Acting Director of the Public Enterprise Autoputevi RS Radovan Višković visited the construction site of the Banja Luka–Prijedor highway in Ivanjska, where the Chinese company Shandong informed them about the current dynamics and work plans. This is a 40 km long road, with a designed speed of 130 km/h and two driving lanes and one stop lane in both directions, as one of the most important infrastructure projects in this part of RS.
