Get a TAG, pass faster!

The upcoming May Day holidays and the fast-approaching holiday season inevitably bring increased traffic frequency across all routes, border crossings, and toll stations along the highways in Republika Srpska. To avoid traffic jams and waiting in lines at highway entrances and exits, the Public Enterprise "Autoputevi Republike Srpske" recommends all users take advantage of the electronic toll collection (ETC) service. Through the lane marked "ETC" (ENP), users pass through faster, simpler, and more affordably, without stopping or waiting in lines.

Everything necessary for a more affordable, safer, and more comfortable journey is a TAG device, which users can purchase at the following toll stations: "Jakupovci" and "Čatrnja" on the E661 Gradiška – Banja Luka highway; "Prnjavor" and "Kladari" on the "January 9th" Banja Luka – Doboj highway; and "Kostajnica" on the Corridor Vc section.

The price of the TAG device is 40 BAM, and the user can top up their account with any desired amount, receiving a 15 percent discount with every top-up. By downloading the "Autoputevi RS-ENP" application for Android and Apple devices, there is no longer a need to visit a toll location to top up, as users can now perform this task via the app from the comfort of their room, office, or car.

PE "Autoputevi Republike Srpske" has procured sufficient quantities of TAG devices to enable every interested user to utilize the electronic toll collection service. The advantages and benefits of the ETC system have already been recognized by more than 52,000 users, most of whom are business entities, primarily transport companies with fleets of large freight vehicles. To make utilizing this service as easy as possible for them, PE "Autoputevi Republike Srpske" has enabled corporate entities to top up and transfer funds to TAG devices without having to visit a toll location. Specifically, when a payment is made to the enterprise's account, the funds are automatically allocated to the subscription account once the bank statement is processed.

In the upcoming period, PE "Autoputevi Republike Srpske" is also preparing a series of benefits for individuals, aiming to increase the share of ETC users in the company's total toll collection revenue to 50 percent in the near future, up from the current 32 percent. One of the innovations will include home delivery of TAG devices, about which the public will be timely informed.
