Radovan Višković, the recent Prime Minister of Republika Srpska and current Acting Director of the Public Enterprise "Autoputevi Republike Srpske," is the most influential figure in the Zvornik region.

This was revealed by a survey conducted by the "Srpska Info" portal and the "Euroblic" daily newspaper, as part of their campaign to select the 50 most powerful figures in Republika Srpska for the year 2026. The choice was by no means simple, as the competition included a former prime minister, a long-serving mayor and current minister, the head of one of the region's most important municipalities, as well as two businessmen whose names have for years been associated with influence and power in the eastern part of Republika Srpska.

More than 1,200 citizens responded to the question of who from the Zvornik region should be included in the list of the 50 most powerful. The results show that real power is still most closely tied to political figures who have been at the top of government for years.

First place went to the former Prime Minister and head of PE "Autoputevi Republike Srpske," Radovan Višković, who won 34 percent of the citizens' votes. Although he is no longer at the helm of the Government of Republika Srpska, Višković is still considered a man of serious political influence, who continues to hold the reins firmly in his hands within the Zvornik region.
