One TAG device for electronic toll payment on highways in Republika Srpska and Serbia – a novelty that will be available to users of the services of the Public Enterprise “Autoputevi Republike Srpske” d.o.o. Banja Luka, who use the mobile application “Autoputevi RS – ENP”.

The electronic toll collection system of the Public Enterprise “Autoputevi Republike Srpske” and the Public Enterprise “Putevi Srbije” has been integrated into the “Toll4All” system, which will enable the use of TAG devices of users from Republika Srpska on highways in Serbia. The system has been in operation since 9 am, June 4, 2026.

PE "Autoputevi Republika Srpska" and PE "Putevi Srbije" have completed the integration process into a common system, and after the test phase, all conditions have been created for smooth functioning and use by end users.

To use this service, users must have a reconfigured TAG device and use the mobile application "Autoputevi RS - ENP", which can be downloaded from the Google Play platform for Android devices and the App Store for Apple devices. By entering the application, users should select the "ExtToll Service" option, where all further steps for activating the service are precisely listed. The first step is to check the correctness of the entered data, after which they activate the service and select the TAG devices that they will use in Serbia.

In the "Payment method" option, you add a payment card from which to pay for transits incurred in Serbia. After clicking on the "Add card" option, the following window opens, in which you enter the payment card data. After entering, you will be returned to the application's home page. If you have successfully added a payment card, it will be visible in the "Payment method" option, and the TAG device status will be "Active" in the TAG devices option. Once these conditions are met, you can use the TAG device on highways in the Republic of Serbia within 15 minutes after the successful completion of the registration process. Transits and invoices generated on highways in the Republic of Serbia can be viewed in the "List of passes" and "List of payments" options.

The use of this service is also enabled through the portal of the Public Enterprise "Autoputevi Republike Srpske" at the link enp.autoputevrs.com, where, after logging in, the user should select the option "ExtToll Service" in the lower left corner of the screen, and further steps are the same as when using the application.

We note that detailed instructions for users will be published on the company's website, as well as on social networks and through public information media. It is important to recall that since June 2023, the Public Enterprise "Autoputevi Republike Srpske" has had an agreement with the Public Enterprise "Autoceste FBiH", which allows users to use one TAG device to pay tolls in the Federation of BiH, and users from the FBiH are allowed to use their own payment devices in the Republika Srpska. The benefits of integrating the system with Serbia will be available only to owners of TAG devices purchased at the points of sale of the Public Enterprise "Autoputevi Republike Srpske".

Thanks to the integration of the electronic toll collection system, users will be able to pay for the mileage traveled on the highway without stopping at toll plazas in the Republika Srpska and Serbia. This will greatly contribute to a safer, simpler, faster, and more comfortable journey through Serbia and Srpska.
