The Supervisory Board of the Public Enterprise "Autoputevi Republike Srpske" d.o.o. Banja Luka, at its meeting held on Monday, May 18, 2026, adopted the decision on the distribution of the company's profits for the year 2025.

The meeting was chaired by the President of the Supervisory Board, Dalibor Pantić, and attended by board members Željko Đurić and Denis Stevanović, as well as representatives of the company's management, namely Acting Director Radovan Višković, Acting Executive Director for Technical Affairs Slobodan Stanarević, Acting Executive Director for Economic and Financial Affairs Miroslav Bajić, Acting Executive Director for Legal Affairs Siniša Gavrić, and the minute-taker Milica Đurđević.

The Supervisory Board also reviewed and adopted the public procurement reports for March and April 2026. Furthermore, the Supervisory Board gave the "green light" to the Public Procurement Plan for 2026.
